Purchases & Product Enquiries
Thank you for your interest in our range of Ozone Generator products.
It is Ozone Systems mission to supply our customers with products which are excellent value for money, whilst also trying to ensure that the customer is ordering equipment which is best suited to its intended purpose and circumstances . Ozone Systems are not a "mail order" company which simply sells products without appropriate product knowledge!
Our pricing and payment policy is as follows:
- Shipping (carriage) costs for each order will be determined by the weight and/or volume of the consignment, and is affected by orders for multiple items. The shipping cost will therefor be determined once we know the details of the consignment, and will be incorporated into our quotation for the goods ordered.
- We do not process Debit & Credit Card payments, mainly as a result of the high incidence of card fraud. Payments can be effected by cheque, BACS payment, or Direct Online transfer via the customer’s bank account. In this manner, we will have no access to your personal or sensitive banking details!

Purchases (Customer Orders)
The process is as follows :
- After the customer's acceptance of our verbal or written quotation/proposal, Ozone Systems will forward a Pro-forma Invoice to the customer for payment.
- The customer then confirms acceptance of the above as well as the applicable Terms & Conditions posted on our Website.
- Upon receipt of the customer's payment, the order is processed and shipped to the customer.
